Our Mission
Bridge Steps was founded on a simple yet powerful belief: every young person deserves the opportunity to develop independence, pursue their education, build meaningful careers, and thrive in their community. We provide comprehensive support services for young people aged 16-18 with challenging needs, focusing on life skills development, education and training, social engagement, mental health and wellbeing, and employment readiness.
With over 15 years of combined experience in supported living and youth development, our team understands the unique challenges and opportunities facing young people. We're committed to providing personalized support that empowers young people to build practical life skills, achieve their educational goals, develop social confidence, maintain their wellbeing, and successfully transition into employment and independent living.
